Volharding is an 80’ sea-going, Dutch sailing barge and another of the extraordinary gifts that we have enjoyed over the last ten years. She was built in 1890 and for many years plied the coastal waters of the North Sea carrying many different types of cargo. She is now berthed at Crinan, near Lochgilphead on Scotland’s gloriously wild and beautiful west coast. We use her in a variety of ways and for a variety of different groups. She is an exacting and inspiring venue for all kinds of leadership, team, and personal development courses.
