Mid March Madness
Embercombe's first open Sunday of the year celebrates
the arrival of Spring and the slight madness in the air as the clocks
go forward and Spring colours arrive. Guest appearance by Pan the
Giant Rabbit!

Obama the working pony will also be trotting
over the Spring turf to greet visitors.
Would you like to give your mum a treat for Mother's
Day?
Luxury organic sweets and truffles on sale or
you can make your own present out of felt, willow and other natural
materials.
The Queen of Hearts Kitchen will be serving delicious
organic vegetarian fayre; the barbeque will be grilling meat and veggie
options on Embercombe's own charcoal; the bar will be open all day
for soft drinks, cider, tea and coffee and don't forget to visit the
Mad Hatter's Tea Party for gateaux and afternoon teas with surprise
appearances by the Mad Hatter himself, the Mad March Hare, Alice and
the Dormouse.
There will lots of activities for all ages including
plant your own salad garden, make a bracelet and, of course, Embercombe's
delicious produce will be for sale.
Oh and don't forget to bring your seeds to swap
with others so that your garden is a riot of wonderful colours and
delicious edible produce this year.
Other attractions include tractor rides, a traditional
Spring Mummings play and story telling for all ages.
