Two recent client projects

Unilever Italia – Home & Personal Care. We undertook a leadership and culture change project for this part of the Unilever corporation. In close partnership with the local company Chairman and his colleagues, we co-designed a programme that ran for three years. In this time the company succeeded in transforming its performance, developing an energetic and results orientated culture, and successfully met all targets. All this was achieved at a very difficult time for Unilever, and for many of the people within Unilever Italia - the same people that contributed to the company’s exceptional results.

Aspen Re-insurance – US Casualty. Earlier this year we were asked to design a programme that would powerfully assist the US Casualty team to adopt a new structure and set of working practices. On this occasion we planned a three day residential team building course that involved the Aspen team in interacting with several local enterprises - two schools and a sustainability project. By the time the US Casualty team had departed they had met all of their own objectives while also making a very significant and positive contribution to the local community in our part of Devon.

“I just wanted to thank you and your colleagues for an excellent few days away. I think we managed to hit every spot we needed to. The feedback at this morning's team meeting was extremely positive and there is definitely a heightened sense of team awareness and each others roles and needs. The courses were all most enjoyable and I think everyone benefited from the variety of interesting and unusual tasks.”
