Real Leaders Programme

Inspiring Committed Action for a Truly Sustainable World

In partnership with the Real Leaders Academy we offer this flagship open programme for business and organisations. It is structured as three residential modules spread over a nine month period and linked together using one-to-one coaching and action-learning sets.

The aim:
To support and nurture leaders of organisations who have the vision, the capacity and the courage to rise to the wider economic, social and environmental challenges that affect our daily lives and threaten our collective future.

The purpose:
• To improve the way organisations are both led and served, improving the lives of everyone connected with them.
• To help leaders recognise their true potential and find the courage and character needed to synchronise teams into delivering real and sustainable results.
• To demonstrate to both leaders and their organisations that they can serve investors, employees, customers and the wider community with equal care and consideration.

This programme will inspire both senior and emerging leaders to find the courage, the desire and the spirit to achieve a more positive and satisfying way to serve and lead others. The focus throughout will be on 'you', discovering the REAL you and opening up your REAL leadership potential.
