Elizabeth Gorla

Elizabeth Gorla began consulting in 1995. Now a Senior Consultant with Embercombe, her areas of expertise are authentic leadership; vision and purpose; presence, personal impact, emotional literacy and transformational change.

With a background in opera and theatre directing, the visual arts and philosophy, she brings a rare combination of gifts and skills to people and organisation development, executive / life coaching and group facilitation. As a catalyst for transformation within individuals and among systems — in realising potential, unleashing creativity and facilitating deep and lasting change — she is among the best.
